1. Refund & Cancellation for Products (Astrology Courses)

i. Upon purchase, customers receive video course access via a Vimeo key.

ii. Non-Delivery: If for any reason the Vimeo access key is not delivered, customers are eligible for a full refund within 3–5 business days.

iii. Once Delivered: Once the course access has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

iv. Returns/Exchanges: Since digital products are instantly accessible, no returns or exchanges are permitted.

2. Refund & Cancellation for Services (Consultations)

i. Non-Delivery: If a scheduled consultation cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

ii. Once Availed: Once a consultation session has been conducted (partially or fully), the service is considered consumed and is strictly non-refundable.

iii. Cancellations by Client: Clients may cancel or reschedule by contacting us in advance. Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability; however, refunds will not be provided if the client fails to attend a confirmed session.

3. General Terms

i. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise communicated. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

ii. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in internet/payment systems.

iii. No Partial Refunds: Partially attended consultations or partially accessed course materials are not eligible for partial refunds.

iv. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information (email, phone, etc.) to ensure successful delivery of products/services.

4. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautambuddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
